What is the Mystery Blogger Award?

“Mystery Blogger Award” is an award for amazing bloggers with ingenious posts. Their blog not only captivates; it inspires and motivates. They are one of the best out there, and they deserve every recognition they get. This award is also for bloggers who find fun and inspiration in blogging; and they do it with so much love and passion. – Okoto Enigma

• I’m a paranormal investigator.
• I love music more than I love anything else in the world.
• I have a weird fascination with true crime. I have a whole shelf dedicated to books about serial killers, crimes, criminal profiling ect.

What’s your favorite kind of post to write?

I really love writing wrap up posts. They’re definitely the most fun, imo. They’re also my favourite post to read.

What’s the strangest/most unique place you’ve ever a book?

I’m boring and don’t really read anywhere except my room. I have read when I was travelling, but I guess that’s not really strange?

What’s a bookish/blogging goal you have for next year?

To finish all my unread series and just attempt to create more original content.

Which setting would you choose to live in: dystopian or fantasy? And why?

I feel like we’re all currently in a Dystopian setting right now with how current politics are. The world is kinda scary right now. I guess I’d choose Fantasy. I’d probably die in both, but at least I can have magic in a Fantasy world 😀

You’re in the Hunger Games (district style where two can live), who would you pick as your parter? It can be a character from any book/series. 

Inej from Six of Crows. She is so badass and stealthy. She’s also extremely loyal.

Favourite fictional world?

I know this is such a cliche answer and I know everyone says it, but Harry Potter. How can I not choose that honestly? I’m actually quite upset that I’ll never be able to explore it. I really love the world of Percy Jackson too and all the parallel Londons in the Shades of Magic series.

Favourite dessert?

I’m honestly not a huge dessert person. I know. I know. Does Reeses Cups count? I love chocolate and peanut butter combined so much.

What’s your favourite thing about blogging?

All the amazing people! I haven’t found a community this welcoming since my Livejournal days. I’m so grateful that I get to interact with so many wonderful people.

What’s one thing you want to accomplish within the next twelve months?

I’d just like to try and manage my mental illnesses better.

WEIRD: Would you rather have hands and feet like a monkey or a long neck like a giraffe?

Haha! I feel like hands and feet like a monkey would be a lot more useful. I mean I could still hold things. Having a long neck like a giraffe would be pretty annoying.

What’s one pet-peeve you have that you cannot handle above all others?

I guess just ignorance and closed mindedness. I can’t deal with someone who’s not willing to open their eyes and educate themselves. It’s one thing to genuinely be unaware of something, but it’s another when you know and still refuse to acknowledge it. I have no time for those kind of people.

This is honestly such a random combination, but there you go lmao. Finding Nemo has been my fave since it was released. I went through a phase where I collected SO MUCH merch from it. I can quote the entire movie start to finish when I watch it. Almost Famous is like the story of my life and I relate to Kate Hudson’s character like whoa. The Force Awakens is what made me fall in love with Stars. I love Rey, Finn, Poe and my trash son Kylo Ren SO MUCH.

What’s your main reading resolution for next year?

To mainly finish all the series I haven’t completed and to catch up on my giant ass backlist.

What’s one hidden skill you have?

I don’t know if it counts as a “hidden skill” but I can type pretty fast? Like 100-120 words per minute. I mean it’s not like a super useful skill to have, but it does make typing posts and replying to comments a lot quicker

Funny Question: What’s one emoji that you use out of place or that no one else uses?

So it’s not really out of place or one no else uses but my best friend (hey Sheridan) and I CONSTANTLY send “💁🏻💅🏻” to each other, haha.

Also I think this “🙂” is supposed to be just a different version of smiley face but imo it looks like it’s ready for death/ready to kill/totally sarcastic so I always use it at the end of sentences like “that thing broke my heart it’s fine i’m okay” hahaha
