I went on a bit of a crazy ebook haul the past week, because as you’re all aware my self-control is non existent. I have absolutely no idea when I’ll get to any of these, but
Also my dog decided my thumb was a good chew toy so I’m typing this extremely awkwardly so I apologise if there’s any formatting errors or typos that I don’t pick up.

EBOOKS
I am so so so excited to read Wink Poppy Midnight. I’m going to be reading that this month along with We Should All Be Feminists, Holding The Man and Night Games. I’ve also heard so many great things about Ready Player One and All The Bright Places. Daughters Unto Devils looks like it has a lot of elements I’ll love so I’m excited to get to that one too.
KINDLE FREEBIES
IF SOMETHING IS FREE HOW AM I GONNA SAY NO ??? Paracosm looks super interesting.

Haha me either!!! I’m worried I’d be so bad at it because of my attention span. I’m definitely willing to give it a try though! I should probably get through some of my review books before I start it, but I’ll definitely let you know!

We can do it whenever! And it’ll be a no pressure thing. Maybe give ourselves a month after we start it? I know there are I couple I’m in the middle of now, but it’s on our kindles! It’ll be there for us whenever we’re ready! 😀

Ooh nice! I still need to read Daughters Unto Devils! I really enjoyed April Genevieve Tucholke’s books! Be sure to pick up Between the Spark and the Burn, for that’s the conclusion to Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea! Hope you enjoy all the lovely new reads!
My STS will be up tomorrow, so be sure to stop by then if you can!
Have a GREAT day!

Wow that is a lot of eBooks! I’m pretty much the same when it comes to buying books, and eBooks, I literally have no control. The amount i overspent on my budget for March is insane!
I read Slasher Girls and Monster Boys a while back but it is a really good book. I’m not normally a big reader of novella collections by loads of different authors but this one was so brilliant, a little creepy in places but the title kind of gives that away 🙂
Happy reading!

Haha, I know that feeling. I go crazy with ebooks because they’re so convenient (probably too convenient). Where I live I don’t really have many places to buy books from. Then buying online the shipping is either really expensive (except book depository god bless) or it takes 2-3+ weeks and I have zero patience, haha. Ooh that sounds good! I love creepy 😀 Thank you!

Oh I know what you mean; no shipping fees, no long wait for the books to be dispatched and delivered, they seem to be cheaper than paperbacks or hardcovers as well! I could literally spend hours on Amazon browsing and buying books. And if you love creepy then I bet you will LOVE this book! 😀

Sorry, I freaked out, but you got Daughters unto Devils, Slasher Boys and Monster Girls, Wink Poppy Midnight, Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, AND Sleep?!?!?!?!
I’m….I’m just…. I’m just gonna go curl up in a corner and whine jealously in a really pitiful way now, k?

Ready Player One! Yes! I loved this book so much. I couldn’t even put it down. Super fun and interesting. I’ve also been super intrigued by Wink Poppy Midnight, so I’m excited to pick that one up. (Also, we cannot resist the Kindle freebies. It’s not our fault!!)

I’m excited to read it! I heard there’s lots of 80s pop culture references in it so I can’t wait for that! I can’t wait to read Wink Poppy Midnight either. I hope we both enjoy it! And haha, right? Like they’re just there and they’re free. How can anyone say no?

I didn’t know anything about 80s pop culture and I still loved it. It had some of the most obscure things, but it was awesome! Seriously though, the free kindle books… not helping my ever growing TBR. Haha.

Haha, that’s great to hear! The 80s are my fave so I’m really looking forward to trying to spot them. Ahh, I know!!! I did a Goodreads “unhaul” so to speak, but like within a few days I’d replaced all the books I removed. Oops.

So many beautiful books!
I personally wasn’t a big fan of We should all be Feminists – after reading other books by the author I expected much more from her, and was kind of disappointed. I’m curious to see what you think tho!
Ready Player One and All the Bright Places have been on my wishlist for such a long time, ugh!
Holding The Man is one I’d never heard of before, but it looks really freaking cute. I look forward to knowing whether you like it!
I perfectly understand why you can’t resist free books, but honestly, I never trust them. Why are they free? If they’re good they must cost something, right? Obviously that’s silly, but I just can’t get over those thoughts. 😀

Thank you! Ooh okay. I’m excited to read it. It’s only short too so that’s good for my attention span, haha. I’ll definitely have a review up when I’ve finished. Same with Holding the Man.
Haha, no I definitely understand that POV. I think they’re free because the authors are just starting out and want to get their books out there. I totally get the hesitation of not wanting to read self-published books though because there are a lot of bad ones out there. I just read the summaries or see the covers and I can’t resist.

Yeah, it’s super short – I read it in under an hour. 🙂
Looking forward to the reviews!
Yeah, that does make sense. I still don’t trust them tho! 😀 I used to read a lot of online novels, kind of like fanfiction but actual original works. At some point I started to realise how bad it all was, and since then I just haven’t been able to read self-published works. So silly!
