Sunday Post: #2

sp

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead. See rules here: Sunday Post Meme.

It might be getting annoying, but again I just want to thank everyone for being so welcoming. I have been involved in various social media platforms since I was 12 and I swear none have been as welcoming as being in the bookish community. I’m quite a shy and anxious person who gets extremely nervous, but I feel really comfortable here and just thank you for supporting me and this little blog. I’m really excited to continue my journey in the book blogging world ♥!

Bit of a short-ish Sunday Post today.

UPCOMING

Erm… No idea? Haha. I’m terrible when it comes to planning. I mostly go day-by-day. Expect all the usual features/lists. I also just finished Inside the Wall by A. Lotus so there’ll probably be a review up for that tomorrow.

I want to eventually make a Top 5 post about my favourite Australian authors. I was going to do that this week when I shamefully realised I’ve only read 6 Australian authored books (not including all the kid books I read as a child) and 3 were by the same author. So that’s going to have to wait a while. I think I might do an Australian author TBR list instead or combine the two because I want to spread the Aussie authors love.

CURRENTLY READING/TBR

I’ve been heavily focusing on review books the past week so this week I want to dedicate some time to reading my own books. I really want to finish In The Afterlight and A Court of Thorns and Roses so [fingers crossed].

I hope you all have a fabulous week and be sure to link me to your Sunday/Wrap Up post if you have one.

  1. Mahgoooosh, The Darkest Minds is my FAVORITE trilogy of all time. I really need to make time to re-read it, but so many other great books keep cropping up! So it goes I guess!

Looks like you had a pretty quiet week, which is good sometimes! Here’s hoping good things continue heading your way. Happy book-ing, and have a great rest of the day!

    Also, here’s my Sunday Post.
